We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate onboarding of new accounts. Your primary tasks will involve reviewing account opening documents, working with various departments to resolve any issues, and ensuring all processes are in line with company policies and standards. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient onboarding, maintaining compliance, and continuously improving operational processes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Review Documents: Check that account opening documents are complete and accurate. – Liaise with Teams: Work with Account Managers, Legal, and Compliance to address any onboarding issues. – Follow Procedures: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and standards. – Report Issues: Identify and report any service delays or operational problems. – Improve Processes: Suggest and help implement ways to improve onboarding processes. – Assist with Projects: Support the team with additional tasks or projects as needed.

Job Requirements

Education: Degree in Banking, Finance, or related field. Experience: Experience in banking operations or client onboarding is a plus.
