What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Answer inbound patient scheduling calls and address concerns to meet service level goals
• Schedule, re-schedule, and cancel patient appointments accurately following established protocols
• Collect and perform data entry of patient demographic and insurance information
• Utilize professional communication skills to assist patients with their scheduling needs
• Maintain confidentiality of account information and provide exceptional customer service

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of previous call center or customer service experience
• Basic healthcare knowledge preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with various software systems used for scheduling and documentation
