What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Answer inbound patient scheduling calls and address concerns to meet service level goals
- Schedule, re-schedule, and cancel patient appointments accurately following established protocols
- Collect and perform data entry of patient demographic and insurance information
- Utilize professional communication skills to assist patients with their scheduling needs
- Maintain confidentiality of account information and provide exceptional customer service
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of one year of previous call center or customer service experience
- Basic healthcare knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
- Familiarity with various software systems used for scheduling and documentation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
