UI/UX designer

Requirements

• You are able to fluidly translate design requirements into user flows and come up with your own requirements based on client conservations
• You can switch between working in low fidelity and in high fidelity at the right time in each project
• You can draw detailed wireframes to communicate a user’s journey in a visual manner that is easy to follow
• You have a strong visual eye and know how to make designs that are visually appealing. Your designs are detailed and well-balanced
• You can communicate the reasoning behind your design. You are an excellent communicator, both written and orally
• You know how to make design tangible by creating prototypes and have your techniques to do so
• You can work effectively in a remote team environment
• You are skilled in at least one of the following software packages: Sketch, Figma, Framer, Illustrator

Languages

• Fluent in Dutch and English (Belgium)

Extra

These are not required, but help.

• You are a master in at least two of the following software packages: Sketch, Figma, Framer, Illustrator
• You’ve ran user tests before and have your techniques to do so
• You have HTML, CSS and JS skills. You are proficient in front-end development and can develop app prototypes or have techniques to do so using AI.
• You have proven design leadership skills
• You have a graphic design background and can switch between traditional graphic design and branding tasks and UI/UX tasks
• French or Spanish language skills

Location

This is a remote position. For this position we are only looking for people based in Belgium.
