Social Media Co-Ordinator

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Social Media Co-Ordinator in our Support Centre in George. As part of the Tekkie Town Digital Team, the co-ordinator focusing on Social Media Management is responsible for ensuring that all channels social media in Tekkie Town are managed, maintained and service the business optimally. This role leads the business in building new / relevant platforms for customer growth and traffic driving purposes, including business-based platforms.

This includes building community, management, strategic analytics, design overview and an integration into the overall marketing campaigns and strategic digital drivers of the Tekkie Town business ensuring that the customer experience is consistent and relevant per channel. The position is responsible for building social media metrics and strategically delivering into the digital media team as part of an integrated marketing strategy alongside ECommerce, Direct Marketing and Digital Media strategies.
