Associate Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive product development initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams throughout the product life cycle.
• Provide support to the agile development process, including sprints, backlogs, and releases, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality product releases.
• Monitor performance metrics to evaluate product performance, identify areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the product experience.
• Effectively communicate product updates, timelines, and dependencies.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Setup and run multiple AB tests and prove feature success with data-driven insights
• Coordinate activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• 2+ years of product management experience is a must.
• Managed and ran AB experiments in the past.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build consensus around product launches
• Exposure to real money gaming would be a big plus.
