Job Description

  • Administration and coordination of internal trade meetings and trade reports.
  • Tracking of stock levels and the ordering of stock to ensure adequate levels.
  • Arrange the collection and delivery of products as per requirements of Company and Client.
  • Client and supplier liaison through various communication methods and media.
  • Administration and coordination of imports and exports, including sourcing prices from suppliers, liaising with clearing agents, tracking orders etc.
  • Major support role to trade staff by providing trade data, ordering and distribution of products to staff as per requests received.
  • Assisting the Financial Department with reporting, invoicing and all other functions pertaining to your role and departmental support.
  • Assisting the Marking Department with trade and other relevant data.
  • All other duties which may be required in line with capabilities and operational requirements.
  • Min Grade 12
  • Knowledge of imports and/or exports would be advantageous
  • Relevant qualification or 2 Years + relevant experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
  • Financial and Commercial understanding
  • Strong organisational, planning, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work within teams and across cultural boundaries
  • Strong problem solving and planning ability
  • Microsoft Office – Intermediate Level
  • Report writing skills
