Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide essential administrative support to our growing company. As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing important documents
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the management team
- Manage and maintain calendars, ensuring all deadlines and appointments are met
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with bookkeeping duties, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and reconciling financial records
- Assist with HR tasks, such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members
- Assist with any other tasks or projects as needed by the management team
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred
- Prior experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality
