Job Description
- Administration and coordination of internal sales meetings.
- Administration and coordination of monthly sales reports.
- Tracking of stock levels and the ordering of stock to ensure adequate product levels.
- Arrange the collection and delivery of products as per requirements of Company and Client.
- Client liaison through various communication methods and media.
- Major support role to sales staff by providing sales data, ordering and distribution of products to staff as per requests received.
- Assisting the Financial Department with reporting, invoicing and all other functions pertaining to your role and departmental support.
- Assisting the Marking Department with sales and other relevant data.
- All other duties which may be required in line with capabilities and operational requirements.
- Min Grade 12 with a relevant tertiary qualification
- Knowledge of the agricultural and chemical industry would be advantageous
- 2 Years + relevant experience
- Own transport and a valid license
- Availability as soon as possible
- Multilingual with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Afrikaans both verbally and in writing
- Financial and Commercial understanding
- Strong organisational, planning, communication and interpersonal skills
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work within teams and across cultural boundaries
- Strong problem-solving and planning ability
- Microsoft Office – Intermediate Level
- Report writing skills
