Role: Growth Marketing Manager

About This Role

This position will be a part of the Growth Marketing vertical at Swiggy. The Growth team at Swiggy is a horizontal team that cuts across all existing and upcoming Swiggy verticals (Food, Instamart, etc.) primarily responsible for traffic, acquisition, and reactivation of users to the platform.

Responsibilities

Strategize, plan, and manage all growth and performance marketing activities, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Leverage insight-driven approaches for media strategy and planning by identifying trends and actionable insights through AppsFlyer/MMPs, and other analytics tools to optimize media budgets and maximize efficiency.

Own end-to-end management of agencies for digital marketing and retargeting campaigns across channels such as Google, Facebook, programmatic platforms, affiliates, and more.

Define and monitor measurable KPIs, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), sessions, conversion rates, CTR, and other key metrics.

Conduct lift studies and in-depth analyses to quantify the impact of campaigns and refine strategies.

Partner with creative teams to develop ad assets that resonate with diverse user segments, reflecting Food’s value proposition and convenience.Drive efficiency through rigorous A/B testing across platforms.

Manage affiliate marketing channels to acquire high-quality users while actively minimizing fraud.

Report campaign performance with detailed funnel trends, insights, and projections to inform future strategies.

Drive user growth by leveraging discounts, product offerings, media strategies, and other growth levers.

Design and execute growth experiments across key areas, including alliances, merchandising, owned media, partnerships, and more.

Create and lead daily,weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning and review processes with leadership teams.

Collaborate effectively across teams, including Product, Business, Analytics, Finance, Brand, Design, and Research, to influence outcomes and drive business success.

Digital Marketing Expertise

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, DSPs, and programmatic platforms.

Proficiency in attribution tools like AppsFlyer and strong understanding of audience segmentation and personalized retargeting strategies, and platform-specific targeting options

Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new ad formats, and emerging performance marketing strategies.

Experimentation And Data-Driven Thinking

Proficiency in designing A/B tests, geo-lift studies, and conversion-lift studies.

Ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets and scale successful experiments.

Creative and Analytical Balance: Strong skills in both creative problem-solving and analytical decision-making.

Experience

4+ years experience with a B2C consumer tech/e-commerce platform, preferably in a growth marketing role
