Location: Ashburn, VA
National Safety & Health is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager for a prestigious client in Ashburn, VA. Our client is a leading national construction firm specializing in large-scale projects.
Position Overview: We are looking for a highly qualified Construction Safety Manager to oversee safety protocols on a data center project. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in construction safety management, particularly within data center environments, and must be capable of working around heavy equipment.
Compensation Package:
- Hourly Rate: $35-40 based on experience (no per diem; local candidates preferred)
- Pay Schedule: Biweekly
Project Details:
- Hours/Schedule: M-F some weekends (8 Hours Per Day) Unless otherwise stated.
- Staffing Type: 1099
- Duration: 12+ months
- Project Start: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enforce safety protocols for contractors on a data center project
- Conduct site inspections
Qualifications:
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification
- 2. NEC (National Electrical Code) Certification
- 3. NFPA 70E Training
- 4. Electrical Safety Compliance Professional (ESCP)
- 5. First Aid/CPR/AED Certification
- 6. Safety Management Certification (e.g., CSP, CHST)
- 7. Project Management Professional (PMP)
- 8. Environmental Safety and Health (ESH) Certifications
- 9. Arc Flash Safety Training
- 10. High Voltage Safety Training
- 11. Competent Person Training for Electrical Work
- 12. OSHA 510 Construction Certification
