Job Title: Recruiter Specialist

Job Location: Bucharest, Romania

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, lead, implement, evaluate and monitor the lifecycle talent acquisition process to meet the recruitment goals and objectives from various business dept. and countries in European Region.
  • Present innovative approaches to identify talent delivery channels for entry and experienced hires, including active and passive candidates.
  • Understand deeply and completely the recruitment needs by communicating smoothly with company business dept. and providing support to source qualified candidates successfully.
  • Supporting company’s recruitment branding strategy to effectively attract top talent by building awareness.
  • Combine internal company strategy with external market statistics and industry trend to output instructive and farseeing insight or guidance to help attract, retain and develop talent.

Requirements:

  • Have a bachelor/master degree, passionate about human resources and recruitment.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience with high volume recruitment in both active and passive ways, especially in ICT industry.
  • Experience in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies targeting high demand technology skillsets.
  • Good communication, coordination skills and strong sense of responsibility are expected, especially in an multicultural environment.
  • Able to manage pressure, results oriented, love to challenge yourself and willing to cooperate with other team members to achieve great results.
  • Fluent English is mandatory, other languages will be a plus.
