About The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and enhance embedded practices across your services.
  • Implement programming, safety, quality, and compliance processes in alignment with organizational standards.
  • Coach and mentor teams to drive improvements and cascade knowledge.
  • Manage rostering, financial oversight, and community engagement.
  • Reflect critically and plan strategically to improve outcomes for children in your services.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the OSHC industry is required.
  • Strong understanding of industry processes, regulations, and the National Quality Standard.
  • Knowledge of the National Law & Regulation and organizational policies and procedures.
  • A positive attitude with a genuine desire for change.
  • Relevant qualifications approved by ACECQA.
  • Current first aid certification.
  • A valid driver’s license with the ability to visit multiple centers within your region.
