Responsibilities

  • Daily follow-up of shipments with customers, both import and export.
  • Coordinating shipments in collaboration with ColliCare offices in other countries and agents.
  • Maintaining close communication with subcontractors and transporters.
  • Handling arrival notifications and preparing cases for customs clearance.
  • Managing incoming documents.
  • Booking and following up on the transport of goods to customers.
  • Updating ERP systems.
  • Invoicing.

Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, preferably export.
  • Interest in operational logistics and administrative tasks.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work focused, independently, and in a team.
  • Comfortable using phone and email as primary work tools.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
