Responsibilities
- Daily follow-up of shipments with customers, both import and export.
- Coordinating shipments in collaboration with ColliCare offices in other countries and agents.
- Maintaining close communication with subcontractors and transporters.
- Handling arrival notifications and preparing cases for customs clearance.
- Managing incoming documents.
- Booking and following up on the transport of goods to customers.
- Updating ERP systems.
- Invoicing.
Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, preferably export.
- Interest in operational logistics and administrative tasks.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work focused, independently, and in a team.
- Comfortable using phone and email as primary work tools.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
