You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Order Management:
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns/exchanges.
- Ensure all orders and inquiries are processed accurately and within established timeframes.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using company systems.
- Prepare and submit reports on customer service metrics as required.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members and other departments to address customer needs.
- Share customer feedback to help improve products, services, and processes.
- Other Duties:
- Stay informed about company updates, product changes, and promotions.
- Assist in training new team members and participate in team meetings as needed.
