Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support:
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person.
    • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Order Management:
    • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns/exchanges.
    • Ensure all orders and inquiries are processed accurately and within established timeframes.
  • Record Keeping:
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using company systems.
    • Prepare and submit reports on customer service metrics as required.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with team members and other departments to address customer needs.
    • Share customer feedback to help improve products, services, and processes.
  • Other Duties:
    • Stay informed about company updates, product changes, and promotions.
    • Assist in training new team members and participate in team meetings as needed.
