Description
You will be responsible to
Assist in financial statement preparation, accounts receivable, payable, and general ledger management.
Manage accounts payable accurately and ensure timely payments.
Manage accounts receivable effectively and ensure timely collections.
Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and costing.
Ensure data accuracy in the ERP system.
Support process improvements and automation.
Maintain accurate documentation and records.
Liaise with government authorities and auditors.
Oversee Finance Assistant and produce timely reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies.
Analyze processes for continuous improvement.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Profile
The ideal candidate should
- Hold a degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or a related field.
Possess professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Good communication skills.
Job Offer
You will be rewarded with an attractive salary of RM 4000 to RM 6000 monthly.
