You will lead the execution of marketing strategies for the Trauma Platform focusing on customer needs while achieving market share and profitability growths. The business is well supported by an innovation pipeline and local marketing support.Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for deploy strategies and tactics to the sales team based upon market input while taking initiative to highlight opportunities and activate them within the portfolio. You will be adept at building strong relationships with key stakeholders with a strong affinity to develop market analysis, market and customer insights to enable the achievement of marketing/sales performance objectives to accelerate long-term growth outlook.If you want to be empowered, make a positive impact and be the subject matter expert – this role is for you!RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet sales objectives and expand Chile’s market share.
- Support the commercial team in the implementation of commercial and marketing strategies.
- Executes and implements Marketing and Market Development strategies that have an impact on business outcomes.
- Promotes and coordinates Vocational Training activities for the purpose of enhancing the knowledge of health professionals. (TBD)
- Carry out contractual tasks and/or bid management.
- Interacts with the sales force to enhance the performance of the product and the company on the local market by providing ongoing training to the sales force and clients.
- CAPEX – Activation and Productivity / Follow and implementation.
- BOOMs Optimization.
- PMR Ejecution
- Conection with QA. Ensuring set activation. Complaints con Sets.
Qualifications
- Marketing experience: 4 years
- Preferibly experience with Medical Devices
- Bachelor´s degree
The candidate must be innovative and proactive with overall business acumen. Must be capable of managing and prioritizing multiple priorities along the entire Country. Interpersonal flexibility to effectively interact with a broad range of personnel.
