Architectural Designer

Responsibilities

Code Reviews; Accurate preparation of construction documents; Assist in presentation meetings and provide some degree of direct client relationship; Coordinate with consultants and team members; Self-directed Revit input and checking; Outline specifications; Shop drawing and submittal review; Supervision of other team members; Communications with management, clients, consultants and contractors related to daily business operations.

Qualifications

Ideal candidate would have 5 to 10 years of experience and skilled in the latest version of AutoCAD and 2-5 years of Revit experience preferred, with heavy experience in architectural construction document production. Candidate must have strong communication, analytical and writing skills. Graphic experience strongly preferred for architectural marketing renderings.
