Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with program managers to identify and address organizational needs through expert consultation and technical support.
  • Formulate strategic long-term plans for program implementation and administration, while establishing criteria for assessing program effectiveness.
  • Engage with employees and management at all levels to drive successful change initiatives through strategic thinking.
  • Establish benchmarks for evaluating organizational development metrics and assist with special projects and initiatives as required.
  • Facilitate the design, implementation, and enhancement of leadership development programs.
  • Utilize assessment tools and feedback surveys to inform the creation of training programs and leadership strategies.
  • Provide expertise in coaching, change management, and performance monitoring.

Required Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of leadership development, instructional design, and change management.
  • Proficiency in survey tools, assessment instruments, and virtual platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and GoToWebinar.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other relevant software applications.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on process improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering training and presentations effectively.
  • Expertise in conducting interviews, focus groups, and surveys to enhance program development.
  • Ability to collaborate with leadership to drive and implement organizational change.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in change management, or a Master’s degree with at least 8 years of experience.
  • Required Change Management Certification (e.g., PROSCI).

Compensation And Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this role is \(59,000 – \)200,000 per year, commensurate with skills, experience, and business requirements. The position also comes with a comprehensive benefits package, supporting your well-being and professional growth.
