? In a nutshell

The content Management Assistant is responsible for supporting the Content department and coordination of department processes. This role focuses on leveraging excellent organizational and research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure all processes run smoothly. By ensuring the smooth operation of the Content Management department, the Content Management Assistant enhances productivity and contributes to the overall success of the marketing team.

? The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • Provides administrative assistance to the Content Management department, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, managing communication channels, and tracking task updates.
  • Takes meeting notes for sessions led by the Content Manager.
  • Temporarily assumes the Content Manager’s organizational duties during sick leaves or vacations.
  • Prepares content requests for marketing leaders, outlining creative requirements.
  • Ensures timely delivery of materials to content creators and specialists.
  • Assists with editorial calendar management and content publication scheduling based on priorities and engagement.
  • Tracks daily performance reports for departmental activities and conducts regular task audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Prepares reports as requested by the Content Manager.

? All you need is…

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience (including internships) in content creation, digital marketing, or content management.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Motivated and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Able to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with project management tools and software.
  • Familiarity with content management systems.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking.
  • iGaming industry experience is a plus.
