By joining our team of Claims Advisors, you will be working with likeminded humans who have a love of pets and making a difference. PetSure is passionate about supporting pets and their parents. Our office is pet friendly and you can bring your pets into the office when you are in or you can adopt a colleague’s pet for the day!

We prioritize your wellbeing, which is why you’ll work a 45-hour week. Once fully trained, you may occasionally be scheduled for Saturday or Sunday shifts. Don’t worry—weekend shifts are rotated within the team, and to balance it out, you’ll receive a rostered day off during the same week for any weekend days worked!

What You’ll Do

As one of our Claims Advisor team you will:

• Use your veterinary nursing skills to make informed claims decisions
• Utilise your passion for animals to ensure a smooth process and positive claims experience for our customers, their pets and vets
• Manage complex claims through to completion
• Deliver a great claims experience for the customer including liaising with our customers and veterinary clinics via all mediums
• Collaborate with other areas of the business to ensure all claim decisions are made in a correct and timely manner
• Ensure the correct decision is made and communicated clearly on all claims
• Assist with delivery of our optimum GapOnly service through assessing these claims in real time, along with liaising with clinic staff and other GapOnly colleagues
• Utilise your technical knowledge to provide advice to other areas of the business.

What You’ll Bring

• Qualifications in Vet Nursing
• Pet parent or pet advocate
• Passionate about PetSure’s mission to remove the worries that come with being a pet owner
• Clinical experience
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
• Proven experience at developing and maintaining relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Intermediate Microsoft office skills
