Pay Information $220,000 to $275,000 per hour About The Position A healthcare facility is seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatrician to join our growing team in Miami, Florida! Practice Details: FQHC with in-house lab, pharmacy, behavioral health, dentistry, and food pantry Join a supportive team that values work-life harmony and personal well-being Support staff includes Medical Assistants for each provider Approximately 2 patients per hour

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, with occasional late nights until 7 PM Potential for a 4-day workweek 20% allocated for administrative tasks

Compensation and Benefits: Guaranteed base salary of $220K+ Potential for additional $10,000 per year based on productivity and quality metrics Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, malpractice insurance, and life insurance 401(k) retirement plan with employer match

Requirements: Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics

Fluent in Spanish
