Product Manager

Are you passionate about creating world-class products that impact industries globally? At Oxylabs, we’re looking for a dynamic Product Manager to drive the growth and evolution of our products in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Your day-to-day:

• Define the vision and strategy for our product line, aligning it with company goals and market trends
• Own the product lifecycle from user discovery to delivery, ensuring measurable outcomes
• Conduct deep customer and market research to understand pain points, needs, and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to develop and deliver innovative product features
• Track key product metrics, such as acquisition, engagement, and retention, and drive improvements based on insights
• Build and maintain a product roadmap that balances technical feasibility, customer impact, and business priorities
• Ensure successful go-to-market strategies for new features and products

Your skills & experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in product management or a similar role
• A strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data to make informed decisions
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-impact projects
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical details into clear business language
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and technical product development processes

Nice to have:

• Experience in B2B data services, subscription-based business models, or technical product management
• Understanding of the proxy industry or adjacent technical domains
• Exposure to data analytics tools or programming (e.g., SQL, Python)

Salary:

• Gross salary: 4470-6950 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience
