Job Description – Sr. Executive – AO&CS in the role of Safety Marshal
- To coordinate with all stations to maintain safety awareness – issue safety fliers etc.
- To assist in performing station audits as per the guidelines
- To prepare audit reports and follow up on the closure of audit observations/findings with stations
- To coordinate with stations for timely dispatch of hazard and other some ramp safety related reports
- To assist in implementing SMS (safety management system) across the network
- Completion of various MIS reports related to ramp practices and incidents etc.
- To assist in internal safety audits carried out by flight safety or by external agencies
- To proactively initiate and sustain the safety culture as per the IndiGo standard and practices by actively being on the ramp and praising good work
- To assist in compilation, revisions of IndiGo manuals
- As and when required, coordinate with departmental team members to assist them in their day to day work
