Remote Product Manager – WFH Opportunity

We are in search of a seasoned and proactive Product Manager to become a vital part of our forward-thinking team. In this pivotal role, you will play a significant part in the creation of revolutionary products designed to enhance the capabilities of real estate professionals. As a Product Manager, you will engage with pivotal stakeholders to influence the future direction of our offerings, overseeing everything from concept development through to successful market introduction and scaling.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of product development, including defining, building, launching, and iterating on features and systems.
• Collaborate closely with various departments, including Sales, Account Management, Onboarding, and Product Support, to ensure effective product development and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct comprehensive research to gather insights that inform strategic direction, scope, and decision-making.
• Assume full accountability for product-related decisions, demonstrating an ability to work independently and achieve results.

Required Skills

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, particularly focusing on SaaS applications.
• At least 1 year of experience within a startup environment, contributing to a dynamic, agile culture.
• Robust organizational and project management skills to lead initiatives and foster collaboration across teams.
• Technical acumen to understand complex systems and participate in discussions regarding database schemas and APIs.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for detail and a creative approach to overcoming challenges.
• A self-motivated individual who is eager to take initiative and drive product success.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management with an emphasis on SaaS applications.

Compensation And Benefits

• Salary range: Starting at \(130,000 – \)160,000 for mid-level professionals and \(150,000 – \)180,000 for senior-level candidates, commensurate with experience.
