What you will do:
- Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPA
- Assist Design Coordinators and Project Leaders in the execution of specific assignments
- Prepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents
- Assist in research for product and construction methods related to projects
- Review and process construction administration documents
- Attend construction meetings and field visits to further understand detailing and coordination

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- 0-2 years of experience in all phases of Interior Design projects
- Experience with Revit, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
- Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

The salary range for this position is $58,000 – $77,000 and is eligible for annual bonus. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience and/or project complexity. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
