Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand the current IT systems team, enhancing capabilities and enriching the overall IT portfolio.
  • Establish and uphold corporate IT standards, lifecycle management practices, and associated policies.
  • Define and implement guidelines for remote computing, VDI, new hire provisioning, endpoint management, and mobile device management.
  • Oversee global asset management, change management, problem management, and incident management processes.
  • Formulate and sustain a comprehensive IT infrastructure strategy that aligns with current and future business needs.
  • Spearhead the design and implementation of secure remote access, third-party access, and identity management frameworks.
  • Champion architectural principles, standards, and performance criteria across the organization.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to improve operational workflows and case management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with pertinent data protection and security regulations to protect company and customer data.
  • Maintain and refresh ‘As Built’ and ‘Future State’ documentation for corporate IT infrastructure.
  • Drive alignment with cross-functional technical solution teams to deliver efficient IT solutions.
  • Balance investments and risks to maximize company value within a two-year planning horizon.
  • Lead the implementation of zero-trust security principles and ensure systemic compliance with security protocols.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in networking, cloud technologies, mobile device management (MDM), data loss prevention (DLP), encryption, identity management, DNS, and enterprise architecture.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and collaborating across various departments.
  • In-depth knowledge of incident management, change management, and enterprise system design.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging executive-level audiences.
  • Proficient in constructively addressing conflicts and achieving positive resolutions.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience as a global IT leader, managing IT infrastructure for organizations with 2000+ users.
  • Relevant certifications in technologies such as Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, Atlassian, Data Dog, and RingCentral.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in team development, strategic planning, budgeting, and decision-making.
  • Capability to organize and manage global projects, teams, and workflows with minimal supervision.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Salary: \(190,000 – \)225,000 annually, commensurate with experience and location.
