Job Description

Job Context & Major Challenges

As a part of the TechOps team, you will play a key role in streamlining Ecommerce Operations and build process improvements to streamline Order Flows, Cancellations, Returns and Inventory sync.

Team Leadership: You will lead and inspire a team of e-commerce operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Operational Strategy: You will develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing stock outs and Cancellations

Order Processing: Streamline order processing workflows, optimizing order fulfilment times and accuracy.

Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements in operations.

Root Cause Analysis: Perform daily RCAs and own the implementation of changes that will lead to smooth operations and improved performance

Customer Experience: Work closely with customer support teams to enhance the overall customer experience through efficient order processing and timely issue resolution.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with LSP, Front ends systems and Ecommerce Product teams and IT teams to align e-commerce operations with overall business goals and objectives.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, staying informed about changes that may impact e-commerce operations.

ABFRL being the largest house of brands in India has built multiple systems and flows. Ecommerce and Retail systems work together to provide the best OMNI experience to the customers. Different use cases across organisations and business needs defines multiple changes in systems. Ideal candidate should be able to understand complex systems and operational flows to identify gaps.

Inventory Sync: Own up Inventory Sync across systems and maintain the inventory between systems to 99.5 % match.

Order Cancellations less than 0.5 due to Tech Or process issues : System data monitoring to ensure that Order defects due to Tech or Process issues are less than 0.5% Understand issues and bucket them in categories.

Order SLAs :Monitor Order SLA Breeches and identify and highlight issues/Process gaps which are causing SLA breaches.

Order Status /sync : Ensure that Order statuses across systems are synced. Identify and highlight issues leading to status mismatches

Program Management: Identifying, scheduling, execution, and managing challenging opportunities and projects across cross functional teams, Tech Teams, Product teams, and Partners.
