General Maintenance Worker
Job Description
- Perfom minor building, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary (e.g replace light bulbs, locks, lighting points/switches, paint touch-up etc)
- Conduct inpections and identify areas for improvement or repair
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electrical & mechanical
- Other duties assigned by superior from time to time

- Know basic electrical knowledge
- Willing to attend emergency situation
- Good mechanical skills,troubleshoot and solve problems
- willing to work extended hours
- Must be able to communicate with English
