Founded in 2018. The business focuses on placing C-Suite candidates across Energy, Industrial, & Renewables.

The Role
Initially joining the business as a Researcher (Candidate Consultant), your role will include;
- Market Mapping – creating longlists/shortlists against retained role briefs
- Market Intelligence – Creating industry-specific reports to customers
- Creating DE&I & Retention Reports – Advising clients on DE&I & Staff retention strategies.
- Candidate Sourcing – Sourcing candidates for relevant positions
- Sitting on client briefing calls – Working alongside a senior consultant to understand a job brief in detail
The Opportunity
£30k Basic Salary with a realistic OTE of £45,000 in your first year. (I can talk you through how this is achieved)
Progression

Earning Potential
- With a clear road map to earn £40k + in your first year, your earnings will multiply your time as the business progresses.
- Good Executive search consultants often generate more than £1m in revenue annually. (This would equate to earnings over £250,000!)
Profile
Educational Background:
- A degree is preferred but not essential. You will be dealing with CEOs regularly, so intellect is necessary.
