Description
The Accounting Clerk will play a key role in the accounting team of a fast-growing company, responsible for accounts payable, vendor management, credit applications, cash management, credit card accounting and administration, and payroll functions.
Candidates must be based in Pakistan to be considered for this role.
What you’ll do:
- Enter vendor invoices, respond to vendor questions, prepare payments, and reconcile vendor statements to ledger.
- Complete credit applications and onboard vendors in accounting software.
- Reconcile bank statements and cash entries.
- Match receipts to credit card statements and import credit card info to system.
- Provide payroll processing and reporting support.
- Assist with monthly and year-end financial statement closings, including the annual audit.
- Other accounting and administrative projects as assigned.

- 1-2 years accounts payable and accounting experience.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent Vocational Education.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple projects.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Works well independently as well as with other members of the team.
- Ability to be consistently accurate and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
