Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full time employment opportunity for an Immigration Administrative Clerk in our Saudi Arabia office.

Position Summary

This position will provide direct support to our paralegals and case coordinators. A highly collaborative group working closely together in a fast-paced environment to prepare a high volume of business immigration applications. Candidates should also be flexible to work overtime as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prints/scans documents; saves scanned documents into our electronic file system, FileSite
  • Follows up with clients and foreign nationals for completed questionnaires and missing documents; requesting checks
  • Processes incoming and outgoing correspondences, including preparing UPS mailing envelopes
  • Maintains client files, including editing letters and forms
  • Assists with data and time entries requests
  • Updates information and uploading documents into an immigration case management system
  • Requests checks and processes invoices
  • Calls USCIS and DOS as requested
  • Assists with light junior paralegal work when needed
  • Other projects/tasks as assigned
  • Some tasks involve billable time but there is no annual billable time requirement

Skills & Competencies

  • Extremely organized, able to multi-task, prioritize workload
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent proofreading skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, computer, written, and verbal communication skills are a must
  • Position requires the ability to work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines

Qualifications & Prior Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months to a year of administrative experience supporting multiple people in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Prior immigration experience and/or law firm experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required
