Job Description
- Prepare proposals, request quotes, and negotiate purchase terms and conditions
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns
- Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies
- Negotiate prices with vendors.
- Prepare purchasing and stock control reports.
- Ensures regular supplier stock in company branches and ensures corrective action is done by the system.
- check company catalogs and/or websites to include new products in the range.
- Associate all products to the car park with each of the part numbers to be able to measure our performance, and foresee growth opportunities.
- Prepares/revises monthly budget (sales/purchasing) and advises corrective actions.
Requirements
- From 0 To 2 years of experience in a similar or relevant position.
- BSc in engineering (preferably mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics )
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, relationship management skills
- Technical knowledge of spare parts.
