Berluti, the only men’s House in the LVMH Group, was born in Paris in 1895 and has grown through four successive generations of the Berluti family, cultivating the art of excellence and craftsmanship in shoes, while developing a passion for leather and patina.
In 2005, the House launched its leather goods collection and, in 2011, a ready-to-wear collection.
Today, the collections of clothing and shoes, both made-to-measure and ready-to-wear, and a wide range of accessories, offer an innovative lifestyle while keeping the Berluti spirit.
Berluti is currently looking for a Middle East Financial Business Controller based in our Dubai Office. Reporting to the Regional East General Manager and working closely with the Central Financial Services Director, the Business Controller will be responsible for the Management Control of the subsidiary and will oversee other key functions (Logistics, Internal Control, Treasury Management…)

Missions
Monthly and Annual Closings Completion:
- Responsible for the monthly closings. Validate and analyze monthly results for the designated scope in collaboration with local accounting teams. Analyze any unforeseen variation vs.Prior year or vs. Budget. Ensure LVMH reporting deadlines are met.
- Act as the point of contact between our Joint Venture Partner accounting teams and the central Finance team in Paris.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and procedures.
Budget and Forecast Preparation (Revenue / P&L / Cash-Flow) :
- Oversee the Budget preparation and Revised budgets. , establish and monitor KPIs, and provide dynamic analyses to support the performance of the Middle east region.
Analysis
- Analyze the performance (points of sale, products, investments, etc.).
- Organize and monitor the inventories in stores
Operational Financial Support
- Interface daily with financial and accounting teams of the regional partner.
- Provide operational financial support (invoice submission, payments, calculation of provisions).
- Partner for relations with local administrations (banks, suppliers, tax authority etc.) in relation with administrative tasks.
- Supervise the completion of statutory audit (make sure all requested documentations are submitted, organize regular advancement meetings with auditors).
- Support for Retail Operations: Daily operational monitoring: validation of expenditure commitments, validation of monthly commissions paid to boutique teams, etc.
- Ensure all Retail operations run smoothly.
Internal Control
- Monitor locally Internal control
- Supervise the LVMH Internal Control campaign: Verification of the proper application of the minimum base of controls common to LVMH.
- Implement and update existing procedures to ensure process are compliant.Ensure Retail teams are aware and respect the key procedures.
Reporting
- Supervise the completion of the presentations for Business Review with local partner. Present the financial key figures.
- Actively support the preparation of any key presentation to Top Management.
Votre profil
- At least 5 years of a string experience in operational finance (management control, financial control, audit, or consolidation).
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- English is essential, French is a plus.
- Rigor, analytical and synthesis skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
