Your role:
- Manage the day-to-day lifecycle operations from onboarding through offboarding and partner with internal stakeholders, including payroll, IT and legal to ensure an efficient, comprehensive and compliant process
- Administer the benefits program for Relay, including project managing and administering open enrollment, completing all required compliance requirements and audits, facilitating communication and education, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enrollment across benefits (including 401(k))
- Partner with employees and our external partners on processes such as leave of absence and immigration
- Support the recruiting team with talent operations including job approvals and systems updates
- Support the compensation program by managing operational and systems-related components of the annual compensation cycle and facilitating our semi-annual Employee Stock Purchasing Program in partnership with legal and finance
- Manage and maintain our people data, documents, and systems (including ATS and HRIS) to ensure data integrity, reliable reporting, and efficient workflows
- Serve as the main point of contact for our employees for all their people operations questions and leverage resources to provide timely and accurate guidance
Your background:
- 5+ years of people operations experience, with a strong understanding of HR processes, benefits, and systems
- HRIS experience preferred; ATS experience is a plus
- Process and systems-orientation with experience improving processes and systems to drive standardization and efficiency
- Deeply detail-oriented with the ability to scope problems and prioritize solutions
- Demonstrated experience in simplifying complex information and effectively communicating to varied audiences inside and beyond your organization
- Adept at project management, including setting and meeting deadlines
- Strong project management skills with the ability to set and meet deadlines
- High-level discretion and professionalism with confidential information
- Ability to adapt and shift gears based on changing business needs and priorities
