About The Role
We’re seeking a Learning and Development Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our talented workforce.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Needs Assessment:
- Analyze and assess learning and development needs across different departments to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
- Program Development:
- Design, develop, and implement engaging learning programs and materials tailored to various audiences, including new hires and managers.
- Use modern learning methodologies and technologies to create impactful e-learning, classroom training, workshops, and blended learning solutions.
- Program Evaluation:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance data.
- Continuously refine and improve learning initiatives based on data-driven insights and feedback.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR, department leads, and subject matter experts to ensure learning initiatives align with company goals and culture.
- Act as a consultant to departments needing development solutions.
- Learning Technologies:
- Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other digital platforms to deliver and track learning programs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the learning experience.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Produce regular reports on learning impact and program participation.
- Analyze learning data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
We Are Looking For a Person Who Has
- Proven experience in learning and development, preferably within the fintech or technology sector.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of Spanish is desirable.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.

Our Nu Way of Working
Our work model is hybrid and has cycles that can be from two to three months according to the business of expertise. For every eight or twelve weeks of remote work, one will be at the office.
