The Department of Finance and Administration has an immediate opening for a Program Project Coordinator in Frankfort.

Examples Of Duties Or Responsibilities Of This Classification

  • Drafting, updating, and maintaining official office documents including minutes, letters, memos, procedures, and other documents.
  • Maintaining office records and assisting with responses to open records requests.
  • Circulating contracts for signature, notarizing contracts, managing final contracts.
  • Facilitating and coordinating office meetings as requested, managing OFA conference room.
  • Drafting and maintaining meeting agendas and notes.
  • Providing administrative support for Director of Finance and Administration, including completing administrative forms, management of calendar, answering phones, making copies, and filing.
  • Managing document storage on OFA SharePoint site and other repositories as needed.
  • Maintaining OFA active directory.
  • Supporting inquiries from statewide stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in related field

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: NONE

Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE: NONE

Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION: Assoc./4 yrs. job related experience or HS diploma /6 yrs. job related experience

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (AGE, LICENSURE, REGULATION, ETC.): Must have and maintain valid Kentucky driver’s license. Knowledge of SharePoint; knowledge of Microsoft office suite including excel, word, and power point. Commissioned as a KY notary public or ability to become commissioned as a KY notary public.
