Travel + Leisure Co. is searching for a Junior Digital Designer who is passionate about bringing clarity to complex concepts through innovative design. This person will support the world’s leading membership and leisure travel company, along with other travel brands within our multi-billion dollar global portfolio.

The Junior Digital Designer plays a crucial role throughout the creative process from ideation, execution and delivery. This person will build out full scale digital campaign experiences from emails, dynamic ads, animated gifs, to landing pages. The Junior Digital Designer thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has excellent organizational skills. If you’re someone who can handle a high volume of work, cope with shifting priorities, and problem-solve quickly — this is the ideal job for you.

How You’ll Shine

• Produce on-brand, strategically driven, highly engaging campaigns and executions that align with both established brand design and best-in-class experience design principles.
• Collaborate with Data, Marketing, and Customer Engagement teams to develop marketing campaigns, and high-performing executions across all digital channels.
• Active participation in brainstorming and ideation.
• Ability to present ‘the strategic why’ behind the creative and articulate the solve.
• Solid grasp of UX best practices, color theory, typography, information hierarchy and design within the digital space.
• Ability to self-manage time and meet expected deadlines, completing work on time and within the hours allocated.
• Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere with minimal supervision.

What You’ll Bring

• 0-3+ years of relevant experience in digital design
• A strong Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design work
• Prior experience within travel & hospitality a plus
• Knowledge of marketing, all forms of advertising, and digital experiences
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to multi-task
• Motion Graphics & Video Editing
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite & Figma
• BFA in Multimedia Design, Digital Media or related degree, or appropriate amount of professional experience.

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement
