Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Senior Designer and design team to produce high-quality illustrations that align with the project requirements.
• Work on specific tasks or portions of larger projects as assigned by the Senior Designer.
• Create illustrations for branding, visual identities, marketing campaigns, websites, and social media platforms.
• Ensure the delivery of illustration assets in a timely manner, maintaining adherence to deadlines and project schedules.
• Follow the creative direction and brand guidelines established by the design team.
• Revise illustrations based on feedback from the Senior Designer or clients.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance creative output.

Qualifications And Skills

• Experience: 3-6 years of proven experience in creating professional illustrations, preferably in a design studio, advertising, or marketing agency.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in illustration software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related tools.
• Basic knowledge of design principles and typography.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt quickly.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the design team.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of illustration styles and projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital illustration for branding, UI/UX, or advertising.
• Familiarity with motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
