Your Role

As a Specialist – Stay Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. Your focus will be on understanding guest preferences, addressing requests, and resolving minor issues

About You

• 3-4 years of experience in a hospitality or guest service role, with a focus on personalised service.
• Manage daily guest interactions, ensuring timely and efficient responses to guest requests.
• Communicate directly with guests to understand preferences and deliver personalised services.
• Resolve guest queries and minor grievances professionally and efficiently.
• Assist in implementing guest delight programs and initiatives.
• Conduct quality checks on property readiness prior to guest arrival.
