General Manager Assistant

Uru is a Singapore-based brand specializing in seamless and comfortable lingerie for women. We are currently looking for a General Manager Assistant to support our expanding operations and drive the growth of our brand.

Job Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

Provide day-to-day support to the General Manager, including scheduling, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.

Manage and prioritize the General Manager’s calendar to ensure efficient time management.

Company Operations

Assist in overall company management, including planning and monitoring key projects.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks.

Human Resources And Recruitment

Oversee recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.

Support employee onboarding and performance management processes.

Live-Stream Operations

Coordinate live-streaming sessions, supervise on-site operations, and ensure smooth execution.

Work with live-stream hosts and the marketing team to create engaging content.

Special Projects

Assist the General Manager with special projects, including market research, strategic planning, and exploring business opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.

Female candidates preferred.

Proficiency in English for seamless communication with our Singapore-based CEO.

Prior experience in the J&T or internet-related industries is an advantage.

Background in HR, finance, or administrative roles is highly desirable.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
