Position Overview:Our client is seeking for a highly motivated and skilled Data Analyst to join their healthcare analytics team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Alteryx, Tableau and MS-SQL, with the ability to design efficient workflows and communicate insights effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Workflow Automation:
- Design and implement workflows in Alteryx to streamline data preparation and processing tasks.
- Automate routine tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy in data handling.
- Visualization and Reporting:
- Create dynamic, interactive dashboards in Tableau to present data insights effectively.
- Ensure visualizations are user-friendly and tailored to the needs of various stakeholders.
- Data Analysis and Management:
- Extract, transform, and analyze data using MS-SQL to uncover actionable insights.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries.
- Storytelling Through Data:
- Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives that drive strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align insights with organizational goals.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with healthcare professionals, IT teams, and business leaders to identify data needs and challenges.
- Provide recommendations and actionable insights to improve healthcare outcomes and operational performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Hands-on experience with Alteryx for workflow automation.
- Expertise in Tableau for creating impactful visualizations.
- Proficiency in MS-SQL, including query optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data clearly.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with healthcare datasets, regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and industry-specific challenges is a plus.
