C&D Foods is one of Europe’s leading own label pet food manufacturers producing a range of wet and dry pet foods. C&D Foods has 9 production facilities across 7 Countries (Ireland, the UK, France, Denmark, Austria, Spain, and The Netherlands) and 2 sales offices located in Manchester and Italy. C&D Foods’ Headquarters is in Mullingar, County Westmeath.
The Supply Chain Coordinator reports directly to the Head of Group Supply Chain. The purpose of the Supply Chain Coordinator is to support the C&D Supply Chain Team in meeting the expectations and demands of our customers. The role will develop a good relationship with our customers delivering the very best in customer service. This role is based in our headquarters in Mullingar, Ireland, with frequent travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support
- Work with key customers to develop collaborative & shared forecasts and plans.
- Supporting commercial team on supply chain coordination.
Supply Chain Support
- Develop and communicate weekly stock report trackers.
- Chair & conduct weekly calls with site supply chain managers to review and implement action plans to fix at risk items.
- Minute, assign actions/owners and communicate with follow up to ensure closure.
- Share & communicate stock report trackers with key Account Managers.
- Support supply chain & commercial teams in dealing with supply challenges as they arise.
Customer Service Level
- The position will be a key player in achieving our customer service level KPI by working closely customer service teams to identify potential risks in terms of product availability.
Continuous Improvement
- The position will get involved in various continuous improvement projects as and when required.
- The position will get involved in ADHOC projects when required to support the Head of Group Supply Chain Manager.
