Key Responsibilities
Training Program Development:
Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including on boarding, leadership development, sales techniques, product knowledge, customer relationship management, technical skills, closing strategies and soft skills training.
Create engaging and interactive training materials, such as presentations, manuals, sales playbooks, e-learning modules, and videos.
Ensure training programs align with company goals and industry best practices.
Needs Assessment
Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and performance analysis.
Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify specific training requirements.
Training Delivery
Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions using various instructional methods to accommodate different learning styles.
Coordinate with external vendors and subject matter experts for specialized training sessions when necessary.
Lead sales boot camps and workshops to enhance specific sales skills.
Evaluation And Feedback
Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to continually improve training offerings.
Track and report on training outcomes, sales performance improvements and return on investment (ROI).
Employee Development
Provide coaching and support to employees to help them achieve their professional development goals.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization
Introduce new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance the learning experience.
Compliance And Record Keeping
Ensure all training programs comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate training records and documentation for auditing purposes.
Sales Development
Provide coaching and support to sales employees to help them achieve their professional development and sales targets.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team.
Mentor junior sales trainers and facilitate train-the-trainer sessions.
What are we looking for?
Qualification: Graduation in any domain.
Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in a Learning and Development role.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse, and intense environment.
Creative, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Certification in L&D will be an added advantage.
Primarily office-based with occasional travel to various company locations.
May require occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate training schedules.
