Job Description

  • Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, tools, and equipment at project sites.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the store management system.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid shortages.
  • Coordinate with the procurement and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.
  • Monitor material usage and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist in budgeting for materials and provide input on inventory management practices.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
  • Education: Diploma or degree in any discipline. Additional qualifications in inventory or store management will be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
