Job Description
- Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, tools, and equipment at project sites.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the store management system.
- Conduct regular stock checks and ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid shortages.
- Coordinate with the procurement and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Monitor material usage and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist in budgeting for materials and provide input on inventory management practices.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Education: Diploma or degree in any discipline. Additional qualifications in inventory or store management will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
