About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Recruiter with a strong passion for social media marketing to join our growing team. This role will primarily focus on posting jobs on various platforms and developing engaging social media content to attract top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • 2 years of experience and team Management Skill is a must

Job Posting & Distribution:

  • Post job openings on relevant job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), and company website.
  • Ensure job descriptions are accurate, engaging, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Utilize job boards and other recruitment platforms effectively.
  • Social Media and Digital marketing/SEO :
  • Develop and execute creative social media recruitment campaigns to attract passive candidates.
  • Create engaging content (e.g., videos, images, articles) to showcase company culture, employee testimonials, and career opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze social media engagement and campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices in recruitment marketing.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the company’s employer brand through social media presence.
  • Build and maintain a strong online presence for the company’s career site.
  • Basic Recruitment Support:
  • Assist with candidate screening and scheduling interviews as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and results-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
