Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for local market.
• Acquire new customers, build distributor relationships, and address market needs.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements.
• Prepare sales reports and conduct market analyses.
• Stay updated on market trends and best sales practices.
• Oversee administrative management of the subsidiary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B sector.
• Residence in Paraguay is required.
• Strong knowledge of the local market.
• Experience in selling Instrumentation and Control solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
