We are in search of a meticulous and committed Data Entry Reporting Specialist to enhance our dynamic team. This remote role is integral in providing essential support to our account management team by ensuring the utmost accuracy in data entry, report generation, and meticulous record keeping for a diverse array of clients. This position demands exceptional attention to detail, superb organizational capabilities, and proficient communication skills to effectively engage with both clients and internal teams for information verification and clarification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure precise data entry and maintenance for multiple clients, upholding stringent quality and accuracy standards.
  • Generate and run reports as needed, adhering to established reporting formats to safeguard data integrity.
  • Provide timely and accurate data to assist the account management team and support client accounts.
  • Engage with franchisees or corporate contacts to confirm details, rectify discrepancies, and guarantee consistent data quality.
  • Execute routine data cleanup activities to sustain database accuracy and reliability.
  • Identify and rectify data inconsistencies to enhance overall data quality.
  • Offer general administrative support to the account management team when necessary.

Required Skills

  • A strong attention to detail complemented by a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools; familiarity with data management software is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication abilities, enabling professional engagement with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in data entry or a related field, ideally within a client-centric environment.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Expected base salary range: \(24.10 – \)31.25 per hour or \(50,000 – \)65,000 annualized salary (based on experience).
  • Total compensation will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
  • Health Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits for full-time employees and their dependents.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 15 days of PTO in the first year, increasing to 22 days in subsequent years. Part-time employees will earn pro-rated PTO.
